The best Thedifference is night and day. I imagine the difference between a Reflex 250 and a Burgman 400 is ALSO night and day. I can't imagine you'll have any regrets. But I would encourage you to consider a TMAX 500. A Well the future may well be now and the "larger" that I'm looking into is the Burgman 400 or the Majesty 400. There seems to be a lot of web press readily available on the Burgman but not so much on the Majesty so that's why I signed up here in hopes of getting the opinions of owners to help me make a decision.

TheBurgman 400 and the Yamaha 400 are very similar bikes. For 2007 it seems as though the Suzuki 400 has upped the ante' when compared to the relatively unchanged for 07 Yamaha Maj. Triple disk brakes vs dual disks come to mind first - there are many other "improvements" for the Burgman 400 just rolled out this year.

The400 is certainly more planted, having better rear suspension (and weight, as you say). More of a 50/50 town and country ride than the 200, which to me is more of an urban tool. Others will tell you that Suzuki B400s are , or can be, expensive to maintain. But the maintenance schedule is far less intensive than your 200's.
